How do we collect personal data from the people who visit our blog, website, or app?
We do not automatically collect personal data from visitors to our website nor do we collect any details that cover any part of your experience on our website or blog. Access and update your personal data
You can access and update your personal data that you stored when you logged in with your personal account. For example, you can access your profile information from your account and update your information within your profile settings and modify content and preferences.

- On the top right, log in on your account
- From the top-right menu, select "Profile"

Delete your personal data
You have the right to delete your personal data and user account from our website. Once you delete your data, all your personal data and preferences will be deleted.
All your personal data will be deleted from our records and you will not be able to log in again. If you require to re-create your account and personal profile, you will need to log in and input all your personal data and preferences from scratch.

- From the top-right menu, select "Profile"
- At the end of the user profile page, click "Delete" account.
Withdrawal of consent for processing of your personal data
In some cases, you may withdraw your consent related to the processing of your personal data and ask us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information. In this case, please contact us on info@linkdev.com and notify of withdrawal of your consent and request us that we stop processing your personal data.
Destruction of personal data
We shall, without undue delay, destroy the personal data when no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. However, we may retain data after the purpose of the collection ceases to exist; provided that it does not contain anything that may lead to specifically identifying you as per the rules and requirements of the applicable regulations.
We, however, shall retain the personal data after the purpose of the collection ceases to exist:
- If there is a legal basis for retaining the personal data for a specific period, in which case the personal data shall be destroyed upon the lapse of that period or when the purpose of the collection is satisfied, whichever longer.
- If the personal data is closely related to a case under consideration before a judicial authority and the retention of the personal data is required for that purpose, in which case the personal data shall be destroyed once the judicial procedures are concluded.
In any case, we will not retain any personal data processing records for more than five years from the end of the personal data processing activity.
